I can't say for the powershell, but you can only have one "Owner" described by the ManagedBy property. Specifiying a new one overwrites the old one. You can however give people permission to edit the membership by setting the WriteMembers property - although there may be more too it in Exchange 2010 land with the RBAC. I only started looking at this yesterday (for DLs I mean). Not all groups, just all the disti groups. I'm told that you need to use the get-group and set-group cmdlets as it's an AD property, is that right?
