I wasn't aware that Android devices were having issues with ActiveSync. I would rather not have to have users buy additional apps. I'll have the user check their OS version and upgrade if possible.

We've had many issues with different Android devices related to the built-in mail apps prior to version 2.3 of the Android OS. The Touchdown app seems to work universally across all Android devices. A user reported that their Droid cell phone is having sync issues. Specifically, when they send an email from their phone, in winds up in their Drafts folder in Outlook. As well, if they make a calendar appointment on their phone, it does not send it to Outlook. However if they book the appoint in Outlook it is sent to the phone. Any seen this before?
