FYI: For those of you with Barracuda AntiSpam/AntiVirus Firewalls.
There appears to be have been a bad definition released that caused some outbound messages to be blocked by the Zero Hour Intent module. I wasn't able to get any additional information from Barracuda Support as they're screening calls for Spam issues and advising customers the problem has been identified and is being resolved. I had about 20 outbound messages blocked between 8:18am and 9:03am AST (9:18am and 10:03am PST).
