The Live@Edu folks have no knowledge of who is where. :-) And they don't care - it's free, after all. BPOS/S and Office365, they are (and will be) a little nicer about.
But yes, R5 started rolling out a couple of weeks ago, which is based on Enterprise SP1, plus a little bit. I have no idea how long a complete rolling upgrade takes. A while.
