Hi Mike, I am also puzzled. I can connect to exchange 2010 outlook anywhere that is published on ISA 2006, download the address book from Outlook 2007 etc. But if I click "Test Rule" on the ISA RPC publishing rule, OAB turns red with the message "Error details: An unexpected response was received from the server. HTTP response: 500 Internal Server Error". All other path such as Autodiscover, EWS & RPC in the rule turns Green. I suspect something to do with public folder.
