The other thing i see is misbehaving is that we did set the Issue Warning on System Policies for all users to 350Mb. When this limit is reached users receive the message that their mailbox is full and they will no longer be able to send and receive until they clean their mailbox. Why is Exchange sending the "Prohibit send and Receive" message alert instead of the "Issue Warning" one?
