The script requirement you are talking about was for the office ifilters and that was corrected with the office filter pack 2.0.
The installer does the registration. I don't know that a reboot was ever necessary. Regards, Michael B. You are done. Just FYI, I wrote this as a private email to a client in April: The Foxit filter isn't free - but it's multithreaded and can keep up with higher workloads. It's also supported.
