I've heard that ask several times and it has been DCR'ed. It's not available in
shipped product.

Not that hard to do via EWS.

Subject: Recovery Database to PST

Hi All,

We used to use Exmerge to PST files out of Exchange 2003 "Recovery Storage
Group" databases. As this is no longer possible I'm trying to get as close as
possible to this in Exchange 2010.

What I've done so far is using HP Data Protector, restore the database files
and logs to a folder on an Exchange Mailbox server. I created a recover
database from these files using:
New-MailboxDatabase -Name "Restored DB" -Server TestMBX01 -EDBFilePath
"D:\RestoredDB\DB1.edb" -Logfolderpath "D:\RestoredDB" -Recovery

And mounted:
Mount-Database "Restored DB"

I created a resource mailbox called "Recovery Mailbox" and restored my mailbox
into it:
Restore-Mailbox -Identity "Recovery Mailbox" -TargetFolder "RecoveredMail"
-RecoveryMailbox "Patrick" -RecoveryDatabase "Restored DB" -Confirm:$false

Copy all the mail in that mailbox to a PST:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox "Recovery Mailbox" -FilePath
"\\TestMBX01\d$\PSTs\patrick.pst<file:///\\TestMBX01\d$\PSTs\patrick.pst>"
-IsArchive

When the status has changed to completed, I run this to delete all content in
the mailbox:
Search-Mailbox "Recovery Mailbox" -DeleteContent -confirm:$false

My problem is that the folder structure remains. Does anyone know how to
delete the folder structure in PowerShell or an alternative method to this?

Thanks,

Patrick
