The only effect to the silent majority is that it would force a new full OAB
download.

Without knowledge of your environment, I can't make a guess as to whether
that's a problem or not. But when the obvious things don't fix that error - a
new OAB is generally what I do.

That I didnt do. Was not sure if it would affect the users that are working
which is the silent majority.

Did you create a new default OAB?

Subject: OAB issue at one of my sites

I'm having a weird issue at one of my sites where they continually get a
0X8004010F error when working in cached mode. All users are using Exchange 2003
with Outlook 2007. I have looked this error up till I'm blue in the face and
nothing listed seems to fix it. Any ideas?

Thanks

Phil
