IIRC correctly it’s listed as the People pane and is a component of that. It’s found on the view tab. I just enabled GAL photos for Outlook 2010 by following the Technet blog instructions and it went as planned. However, installing the Outlook Social Connector on a couple of Office 2007 machines doesn’t give any obvious sign that it’s installed – I don’t see it anywhere in Outlook on any of the menus for example?
