I installed the office filter pack update and rebooted... but no luck. Still getting the following error:

I know what database it's in, but not what mailbox or folder. If I could find it, I would just delete it. Assuming that would clear the issue. When I installed Exchange 2010 from the DVD it already had SP1 installed. The office filter pack I installed is: Office Filter Pack 2.0 version 14.0.4763.1000 I'm not sure if it's SP1 or not. I downloaded and installed it 3/31/2011. If it does need updating, could you post a link to D/L it and tell me generally what the procedure is?
