I've read pretty much all the threads on this, but I'm still unclear - with an Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3v3 server and Outlook 2007 and 2010, whilst these Sync Errors don't appear to be causing an issue, are they a bug, by design, or something I can fix?
I've deleted and re-created OST's, no difference. I've deleted and re-created the Organization Forms library as per http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg236889.aspx, no difference. It's frustrating because everything appears to work but still clients get this sync error message. Should add that our 2003 boxes are still up and running though all replicas are moved off them as are all mailboxes, we should be losing them next week hopefully.
