I'm finding on forums that some people were able to resolve this by setting up
an SPF record. I don't know anything about them.

Is there anything bad about setting them up? Do I set them up with Time Warner?

"Bigfish" is FOPE; i.e., Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (or something
like that).

It's very much a black box. TTBOMK, you have done everything you can do.

Yeah, we've shown up clean on every online source I can find, but we're still
getting the bounced mail from bigfish.

Naturally, our largest two customers use them.

Do we know anything about how "Blocklist 2" works? Is it reported spam? DNS?
Some other criteria?

Steve
