I think one of their admins deleted the account and he must have a rule somewhere but I cannot find it in owa or on the clients outlook. I couldn't remember if mdbvu lets me look at rules or see if anything corrupt is on the store that we don't see in OL/OWA... I turned message tracking back on, but seems as if I have to restart the IS for that to kick in ... which wont be until late this evening ..
