Anyone using CommVault's Exchange Mailbox Archiver? We are being told it needs the "Outlook" client installed on a machine to read and pull the messages being archived. We are being told this can be a separate server, but for best performance it Outlook should be installed directly on the Exchange Mailbox server.
I am feeling lots of red flags... any ideas? Comments? Warnings? Thanks, Robert P.S.
