What is the app you're using for EAS on the phone? I recommend trying out TouchDown for Android (listed as Exchange for Android in the market).

Since we switched him from Exch 2003 to Exch 2010, he is having problems seeing some of the attachments??? Some times they appear and are accessible. Sometimes they are not. I got my hands on one of each and the headers don't seem any different. He seems to be the only person with this problem out of 8000 migrated so far. Anyone else have this problem??
