Yes, it did. My co-administrator deleted it from there before I could tell him not to. We were then able to create the needed PF with the associated mail-enabled addresses with no problems.

Apparently a public folder was created back on Dec 1, 2011. This was a mail enabled PB. Well, we cannot view this public folder anywhere, but it exists. If I try to create another public folder by the same name, it will not let us use the same SMTP email addresses. If I do a get-recipient command in 2010, it shows it. If I do a get-publicfolder command, I cannot find it. However, the get-recipient command identifies it as a public folder. I compared it to another public folder (using the get recipient command) and except for two items, the output is very similar (with needed differences such as email addresses, names, etc.). I don't see it in the PB list on either the 2003 or 2010 side. The Get-recipient command seems to think it is a 2003 PB. I used the ADExplorer util from sysinternals, it is where it is supposed to be for all other mail enabled folders.
