He is not listed in the distribution list when viewed via the exchange MMC . If you try and add him via the MMC it comes up with an error "one or more attributes of the object (dist list) already exists" Which is true, because he is already in the list! Anyone seen this before? There is a bit of history with this account. A few months ago...
