Since Monday of this week we have had issues delivering mail to a hosted domain - sfrestore.org - from outside e-mail systems. We have tested with GMail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! and sometimes the mail will be delivered instantly and other times it will be delayed as long as four hours or rejected outright with a "no response" type error. We had some DNS issues on Sunday, however, the MX records for the domain currently look correct in DNS and have been verified from external networks and OpenDNS.
Any insight on why this might be happening?
