Thanks Michael, so a "simple" rename and convert to shared should do it? Presumably I can set the primary SMTP to training@ and leave Joe@ as an alias so the external requests/cancellations are still received? Paul From: Michael B. All of these things are tied to a legacyExchangeDN. Even if you change the name or alias or anything visible about a mailbox - you don't change the lEDN. So a shared mailbox is prolly a good idea. We have a person, let's call them Joe, who works in an area, let's call it "Training". Joe is leaving, and Bill is taking over his job. Joe has hundreds of meeting all booked with himself as the organiser, and we need to somehow transfer them so Bill can modify/cancel/re-arrange them. What is the best way to deal with this please? My initial thoughts are to rename Joes account to "Training" (or something suitable) and to use that as a shared mailbox so that Bill has full access to send/receive as it? I'm not sure whether this is the best option? What happens if people decline/cancel a request and Joe no longer exists in the GAL? Basically I don't know the best option and there may be options I'm overlooking (that don't involve re-arranging all of these meetings).
