Just a thought, but the Netwrix Password Expiration Tool works pretty well at 
reminding people that their password is going to expire by email. I have a 
whack of sales droids that before I started using it, were constantly having 
issues. There is a free version that you could try and you can set how far in 
advance they start getting the emails.

changing to certificate-based authentication will be easier as you have the 
ability to push out the device profiles. As Clint says, it's a little tricky (I

Every time user password expire we get a ticket while they are on a bussiness 
trip I can't get I device email.. Please. Help!! Lol
