From: John Cook [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, April 06, 2012 2:56 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Removing an old Exchange server from AD This is driving me crazy so please be patient. I just installed my first 2010 Exchange server and ran the Get-Exchangeserver command as a checkup on the installation. Lo and behold not only do I see my 2007 and 2010 servers but my old 2003 Exchange box listed as well. I've not been able to find it in ADSIEDIT (the computer account doesn't exist and hasn't for a long time) nor did my quick foray in NTDSutil. Where on earth would I look to get rid of this ghost server? TIA This email and any attached files are confidential and intended solely for the intended recipient(s).
