I hope your boss doesn't mind being lynched. How would you feel if you got a pop-up every time you e-mailed the "MS Exchange Admin Lists" (I know it will be more sensitive than that). But I would say if it pops up often enough to be useful, then folks will get conditioned to clicking on it (Pavlov's Dogs type syndrome) and will not read it.
