Any bounce messages to the sender? What does Message Tracking show? And just for giggles...take a real good look at the Outlook rules for one of those users.

I have tried changing the security setting for the connection to Exchange 2010, to require an encrypted connection. Deleted the outlook profile and rebuilt it. None of these worked. I had the raid 5 set that housed the mail stores fail, Two drives failed. After getting new raid controller card & 1 hard drive, restored all of the mailstores from the previous evening. Did not have to restore Exchange itself. Did not trust the hardware, decided to virtualize to NMware. Did a P2V to a ESXi 4.1 host powered up and has been working OK since. I have also moved two of the mailboxes to another mailstore with the same results. Any suggestions a welcome. -- T.
