I finally managed to get rid of the leftover by stopping propagation of
ACEs and taking ownership of the entry in adsiedit.msc, then i was able to
run the /prepareAD which recreated the Default Global Address List entry in
the schema.

The default global address list is still the one in CN=All Global Address
Lists 2 that was created by someone before me.

I leave it as is for now, enough emotions.
