This morning it gives the following:

C:\Windows\system32>nltest /dsgetsite
Default-First-Site-Name
The command completed successfully
I did not run this Saturday when experiencing the issue.  Also the 2080
events have all been good since the AAAA records for the DCs disappeared on
Saturday.
