I knew it was something like that. But I think it fits this situation very
well.

 

You can make it hard for a person to misuse the mail service, but you can't
stop them, before the fact, from misusing it.

Ed's an Exchange MVP, great guy and been very helpful over the years. The
list I knew him from is defunct, I believe he is on a big Yahoo Exchange
list now.

technical solutions for bad behavior".
