I am curious to know how many people on the list looked at moving to Office 365 or Exchange Online and have found it more cost effective to continue to run on-premise. I have a green field deployment of between 200 - 350 users and am debating on-premise or Exchange Online. We are going to buy a series of Core CAL that include the Exchange CAL but at $2/month for a 25GB mailbox seems like a great deal.
