Remember there's an AD schema update. Also, watch with SP2 RU 4 if you have any BES servers - they'll need to be upgraded. Also, they pulled RU5, so if you had thought do that one, don't. Do you have a test environment you could check it out on? Mine took a really long time; a couple of times I thought it had hung, but it just took forever. Good luck!
