You are correct. You cannot create or modify RGC's from the GUI. If you set "bidirectional:$true" then the RGC gets created on both sides.

From my research, it appears it can only be done via Powershell. I can't even see the RGCs in the E2010 Management Console. Maybe my question was not clear, but it was referring to creating additional RGCs. I'm just not sure if I also need to manually create the RGCs within the E2003 Administrative Group. If you do not use the GUI, one will not be created. Your syntax looks proper. If you don't have a separate lab environment - you still have a lab. It's called your production servers.
