I have enabled archiving on a couple of users mailboxes and it works OK.

However i have this one user that has a 8GB mailbox with more than 50000
items, i have enabled a default archive for items older than 2 years. If i
look at his archive mailbox there are now 16 items only for 143KB of space
in the online archive.
I doubt all his current emails are less than 2 years old so archiving does
not work properly.

Anyway i can see and fix the archiving issue without having to go to his
outlook?
