Users that were deleted and came back perhaps. Or a name that was reused?

Delete those entries from autocomplete.  Start a message and when they show up 
tap the delete key. Then after using the address book the correct one will be 
in autocomplete.

Several people are getting this message, all internal staff, different 
recipients though.  I can't imagine that a number of staff would simultaneously 
have the same issue.

Did this error occur just sending to this one user or was he part of a mass 
mailing or send to a distribution list?  I believe there is a limit of 5000 
recipients per message for Exchange 2010

These are all internal person.  I've seen a few reports like this since we 
started to use load balancers.  Exchange 2010 SP2.
