You might be able to view it using either Outlook or Outlook Web App. You can also contact the sender to find out what the message says. The message in question cannot be found in the tracking logs, strangely, but another message from the same sender arrived in this customer's mailbox just a few seconds later with a different subject. Also, the customer has confirmed that the message cited above is not in his mailbox. So it seems the IMAP client (Thunderbird on MacOS) is trying to retrieve a message that was never delivered to the mailbox. I must be missing something, it's an awful coincidence if I'm honest. Anyway, has anyone seen this error before? There doesn't seem to be a definitive fix. Most of the Googling I've done relates to something that people have said Exchange 2007 SP2 resolves. We are on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3 so that doesn't apply.
