Does contentfilterphrase check the message header as well or only the content?

If it does the header than I can add the phrase *.pw or .pw

or is there an equivalent such as headerfilterphrase ?

I’m working on a new IP restrictions transport agent, but it isn’t stable yet.
C# is not my best language.

Subject: Block by domain type or country 2013

Hi all,

Now that 2013 removed the transport role its making things a "tad" more
complicated-

I'm noticing a bunch spam coming from .pw domains and when i look at the actual
IP's its mainly russia, germany, netherleands etc...

So i was trying to find way to block connections by country and / or domain
type i.e

info AT jyannium dot PW

what is the easiest approch to this with ex 2013

tia
