Is this an internal wireless network? If so, has anyone checked that network traffic?
What happens if they turn off wireless and go through the carrier? We are running into an issue in the actual headquarters where users in the office are having difficulty accessing their mail through the wireless WAN connection. They occasionally receive an unable to connect error on their device. Looking at the CAS servers there are no 3007 or 3014 errors saying that the servers are dropping connections. Is there anything in particular I should be checking? Estimates are that about 1000 of the devices are trying to connect through this connection. Users do not receive this error when they are at home or anywhere else using the wireless connection.
