Just been using the 4.60 docs and I have to say that whatever hoops Philip has had to jump through (or is perhaps still jumping through, by the sounds of it) to get an acceptably-working toolchain, the end result is great. Browsing the PDF version is so much nicer with all the embedded internal links, chapter information etc. I know that wasn't the primary goal, but it's a good result all the same.
