There was consensus (Tony suggested it and no one objected) that notifications 
should be sent to exim-dev. Besides, traffic will be low again as soon as

That's subject to change though. I should probably set it to an existing 
address; I've just not decided which one.

I've brought it up a couple of times, but enthusiasm has been mild at best. I 
need some more privileges from Tony et al. to be able to implement it myself. 
Preferably, Bugzilla would be upgraded in the process.
