DSN Experience in Postfix shows that NOTIFY=success for inbound email from remote systems is often undesirable. Many users disable DSN at the edge of their network, not offering DSN to remote systems and ignore any DSN support promised by remote systems (returning success notices to local senders as soon as mail is accepted by the first hop remote MTA). Quick question, (if I've not already asked this and forgotten that I did), is it possible to suppress "DSN" in the EHLO reply for some or all clients? When/if DSN is suppressed Exim should not allow NOTIFY=... in the MAIL FROM: command. Is it possible to ignore alleged remote "DSN" support for some or all remote servers? -- Viktor. -- ## List details at https://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-dev Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ##
