I've managed to get my server on Cloudmark's RBL, through my testing last night
(oops!): 550 mx8.mnd.ukmail.iss.as9143.net bizsmtp Connection rejected. Your IP
10.11.12.13 is in RBL. Please see http://csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/

This being a production server, I'm going to have to find another way to
reproduce this.  Probably best if I set up exim on a virtual machine at home,
and send the test messages to this?

Apologies in advance for the delay that this will cause to the testing that
I've said that I'll do.
