spamd expurgate variant
a commercial product called expurgate has a spamd variant we use. They have
added two spamd protocol headers "Sender:" and "Sender-Ip:" to set
envelope-from and IP of sending host. At least "Sender:" is of importance for
bounce detection.
Based on variant=rspamd I simply added support for variant=expurgate.
Don't know if this is welcome upstream. I can maintain the patch locally as
well.
