Section 43.29 ("DNS lists keyed on domain names") of the documentation uses
dsn.rfc-ignorant.org as an example, but RFCi hasn't published any RBLs for
several years now - see

The mantle has been mostly taken up by http://rfc-clueless.org/ , although it
may be worth using e.g. their bogusmx list rather than the DSN list, as it
appears that the latter is likely to semi-permanently list GMail (on what seems
to me to be rather dodgy criteria, fwiw)
