There's been a few requests for using a specific local IP for sending.
Currently we can only pick the interface to use (and though the option is
called "interface" it takes an IP, which confuses people).
If the interface has multiple IPs, you get what the OS gives you.
Probably a new option should be used for the facility, exclusive vs.
"interface".
