Situation is as described in the original bug description. A test case was set up using one of my vanity domains to aid in debugging this. Compare the output of: # exim -bt [email protected] vs # exim -bt [email protected] Yet, more CNAMEs do not change the destination domain further, eg '-bt [email protected]' does the same as 'twocname'. I wholeheartedly agree with [Comment 1] and not using CNAMEs, unfortunately i do not control the internet.
