Hello,

I don't know what's wrong with my exim configuration but no user can
send e-mails outside using SMTP authentication. Exim does some terrible
things and I cannot understand why. The situation is well described
here: http://silverwraith.com/pipermail/vexim/2006-December/003804.html

Exim configuration can be downloaded here:
http://silverwraith.com/pipermail/vexim/attachments/20061220/30680ee0/attachment.bin

I have found this answer:
http://www.exim.org/mail-archives/exim-users/Week-of-Mon-20060327/msg00023.html
however there are few troubles with this suggestion:

I have to disable " control = submission" from both
    accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts
and
    accept authenticated = *

or I still get "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"@domain.com from e-mails sent via relay
hosts with SMTP authentication turned on. Temporarily I have set both
'accept's to "control = submission/sender_retain" and it works
right. Is it safe and OK in my situation?

Thanks in advance!

Artem
