            I am having problems receiving email from a particular client,
the connection looks to set up correctly

The client at the other end says they do not receive the 220 response and
are stalled waiting for it ?  This is the only site I am seeing problems
with (and they say the same about me)  I'm stumped, anyone out there have
any suggestions as to what the cause could be ?
