Have similar issue on a FreeBSD 4.11 box we don't want to upgrade, 
though five minutes is closer than 15.

Didn't realize it was a problem, as we don't start Exim until its 
dependencies (ClamAV, SA, PostgreSQL) are all online.

I'd have thought the Linux way with intird runlevels would have done the 
same, if not better....
