Ok so PTR sorted SPF records sorted for all bar one domain... Now interesting this SPF thing it's a new one for me ...
How do I make my server check it for incoming mail. Firstly you could not mask the domain names in your post, but anyway: contact Hotmail. It's the only option you have. Their filters are well known for "blackholing" messages, instead of rejecting them. There are other things you could do, like: - make sure you have a valid PTR record in place for the IP addresses being used - consider creating an appropriate SPF record for your domains - reject, rather than bounce, failed messages - ...lots of other things... Unfortunately there is no way of knowing whether or not this will improve your domains deliverability.
