I grabbed it; I got email notification, because I have that set up
anyway.

So: if we take patches in two places, that's two places to try and
coordinate and handle tracking for, and to fall behind in.  On the other
hand, I want to take feedback and patches in whatever people are
comfortable with, instead of asking them to jump through hoops to do
things our way.

Thus my view: our bug-tracker is preferred, but we'll try and get around
to GitHub too, just as we also take patches when someone emails us and
points to a patch on their own website.
