More nitpicking and foot dragging.

1. By this line of thinking, why does Exim even provide user-specified,
system-wide and transport filters?


2. the 1st reply to OP began with this bad philsophy "oh no MTA can't do
anything to message, it's religiously verboten".

Next installment: why PHP does not belong in Apache. It's WRONG to do
that, really, on basis of simple philosophy, you see.

3. "Mail Editing Agent" (with doublequotes) does not even show up in Google.
