ratelimit = 100 / 1h / per_rcpt / strict
delay = ${eval: ${sg{$sender_rate}{[.].*}{}} -
$sender_rate_limit}s
should do it. The order matters. The ratelimit condition should be
evaled *after* the authenticated check, otherwise even the authenticated
connections will count.
